Square Dowel Master Sleeve
Dowelmaster™ sleeves are multi-directional plastic sleeves suitable for high capacity square dowels. They allow for contraction at the joint, as well as having a small amount of lateral movement and expansion capacity. They are ideal for construction joints in ground slabs and are available in 16mm, 20mm and 25mm standard sizes. The 16mm and 20mm Dowelmaster™ sleeves nail to wooden form boards (with optional nailing plate) or attach directly to Danley Keyjoint. The sleeves are supported at the rear by a stake and wedge system eliminating the need for bar chairs.
The 25mm Dowelmaster™ sleeves have a built in nailing flange. They have a separate extension length which can be purchased to allow the sleeve to suit longer dowel lengths.
Round Dowel Speed Sleeve
Speed Sleeve™ is designed to be used with round dowels to eliminate the need for drilling formwork and greasing dowels. Approved by engineers, Speed Sleeve™ minimises vertical movement at joints, reducing damage and is quick and easy to use. Suitable for black, galvanised or stainless steel friction cut dowels.
They are ideal for construction joints in ground slabs and are available in 16mm, 20mm, 24mm and 33mm standard sizes. The Speed Sleeve™ nails to wooden form boards with an optional nailing plate, or can be placed on existing/epoxied dowels before the second pour.
Dowelsert
Dowelsert™ is designed to be used with round dowels to eliminate the need for drilling formwork and greasing dowels. Dowelsert™ minimises vertical movement at joints, reducing damage and is quick and easy to use. The Dowelsert™ provides expansion capacity of up 10mm and is suitable for use with black, galvanised or stainless steel friction cut round dowels.
They are ideal for construction joints in ground slabs and are available in 16mm and 20mm standard sizes. The Dowelsert™ is easily nailed to wooden formwork, or screwed to metal forms utilising its in-built flanged nailing plate.
Round Dowel Expansion Cap
The non-corrosive Expansion Cap fits firmly over the end of a round dowel providing a minimum of 10mm expansion capacity with an internal pin which locates the dowel and creates the void for the expansion. They can be used on loose dowels or can be used in conjunction with round dowel cradles.
Round Dowels
Structural grade round dowels are friction cut to length, not cropped. They are available in a variety of standard, off-the-shelf sizes. Round dowels are manufactured from AS/NZS 3679.1 compliant Grade 300 steel, and are hot-dipped galvanised to AS/NZS 4680.

Square Dowels
Structural grade square dowels are friction cut to length, not cropped. They are available in a variety of standard, off-the-shelf sizes. Square dowels are manufactured from AS/NZS 3679.1 compliant Grade 300 steel, and are hot-dipped galvanised to AS/NZS 4680.

PaveX Geared
PaveX™ Geared ™ is available in 100mm, 125mm and 150mm profile heights. Extruded in corrosion-free, UV stabilised uPVC to standard 3 metre lengths, PaveX™ Geared™ profiles are co-extruded with Rip-A-Strip™ Capping in either Black or Grey that provide clean, laitance-free joint lines. PaveX™ Geared™ is sold in kits which includes Galvanised Stakes and Brackets for fast and easy on-site installation. Clip-on Joiners are sold separately.
PaveX™ Geared™ complies with the requirements of AS 3727.1:2016 Residential Pavements.

Available in 100mm and 125mm profiles, PaveX™ Expanda™ complies with the requirements of Australian Standard
AS 3727.1:2016 Residential Pavements. Innovative 14mm diameter Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymer dowels and sleeves provide load transfer between pavement sections. The unique design of the uPVC extruded PaveX™ Expanda™ sacrificial formwork profiles provide up to 10mm of thermal expansion of concrete and are job site tough.

Keyjoint Expanda
Similar to Keyjoint, Keyjoint Expanda™ is self-supporting and height adjustable utilising the Danley™ drive-n-twist stake system. Expanda™ can be used as plain joint, or is compatible with either temporary or permanent Rip-A-Strip™ capping profiles (sold separately). Keyjoint Expanda™ is available in standard 3m lengths features knock-out holes for 16mm or 20mm square dowels every 150mm. This provides flexibility in centre spacings at 150mm, 300mm, 450mm and 600mm as standard. The Knock-out holes suit Danley™ Dowelmaster™ sleeves (16mm and 20mm) which provides concrete contractors with a full joint system that includes the dowels, sleeves and the formwork.
Keyjoint Expanda™ complies with the requirements of AS 3727.1:2016 Residential Pavements.
